What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain high-value customers.
- Take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring profitability, integrity, and compliance.
- Cultivate deep, trusted alliances and connections with top-level C-suite decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless management process from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver tailor-made services catering to unique customer needs.
- Expand existing work scopes and generate new offerings to minimize erosion and drive growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Proven experience running account P&L and managing the end-to-end sales process.
- Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated success in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability analysis.
- Open-minded and empathetic approach to building customer relationships.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Previous sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
