What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain high-value customers.
  • Take full charge of the account P&L, ensuring profitability, integrity, and compliance.
  • Cultivate deep, trusted alliances and connections with top-level C-suite decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless management process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities to deliver tailor-made services catering to unique customer needs.
  • Expand existing work scopes and generate new offerings to minimize erosion and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
  • Proven experience running account P&L and managing the end-to-end sales process.
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability analysis.
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach to building customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Previous sales experience specifically within technical solutions.
