Compensation: $150,000+ Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) including base salary and bonuses.

What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of sales professionals to exceed regional sales targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales planning sessions.
- Perform hands-on fieldwork at least three days per week to support team members.
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process.
- Manage client records and sales activities within the Atlas CRM platform.
Requirements
- Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location (San Jose, CA).
- At least two years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
- Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
- Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional demeanor with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.
