TL;DR

District Sales Manager (Fintech): Leading and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve regional revenue goals with an accent on field-based mentorship and strategic deal closing. Focus on driving team performance, managing sales pipelines, and executing growth strategies within the retail and restaurant sectors.

Location: Must be based in the San Jose, California area and able to work in the field at least 75% of the time.

Compensation: $150,000+ Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) including base salary and bonuses.

What you will do

  • Lead, inspire, and coach a team of sales professionals to exceed regional sales targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and sales planning sessions.
  • Perform hands-on fieldwork at least three days per week to support team members.
  • Collaborate with leadership on recruiting and selecting top talent.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure effective execution of the sales process.
  • Manage client records and sales activities within the Atlas CRM platform.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location (San Jose, CA).
  • At least two years of relevant sales or leadership experience.
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a high sense of urgency and integrity.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a background check.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Prior experience in training and coaching sales teams.
