What you will do

• Build and maintain a cohesive developer journey, including local coding environments, build tooling, and artifact management.
• Optimize the CI/CD stack for performance, reliability, and observability to ensure fast feedback loops.
• Partner with product engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design workflow improvements.
• Define and evolve engineering standards for release automation and production readiness.
• Shape the roadmap for developer productivity initiatives to support company scaling.

Requirements

• Fluency in modern CI/CD principles with experience building production-ready pipelines.
• Strong software engineering skills in a primarily Go ecosystem.
• Experience running production Kubernetes clusters that host critical-path workloads.
• Solid grasp of infrastructure and networking fundamentals, including TCP/UDP, HTTP, TLS, DNS, and Linux.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with monorepos, Argo CD, Terraform, or skaffold.
• Background in video ingest/streaming, CDN-style data paths, or distributed databases like CockroachDB and ClickHouse.
