Salary: $225,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Pulumi.
• Enhance system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and failover strategies.
• Collaborate with platform and backend teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Automate environments and create developer tooling to unblock engineering teams.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security and compliance practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or SRE roles at fast-paced tech companies.
• Expert proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Deep expertise in AWS/GCP, distributed systems, and IaC tools.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Datadog.
• Experience with secrets management tools like Vault and SSM.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting production AI or ML workloads.
• Knowledge of ephemeral environments and preview deployments.
• Contributions to open-source DevOps projects or internal platform tools.
