What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of telematics and video hardware programs from engineering development through beta testing to commercial launch.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while managing detailed program timelines and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Manage beta and pilot fleet programs, coordinating installations and gathering end-customer feedback to resolve issues.
• Perform post-launch reviews tracking unit sales, MRR, warranty rates, and support volumes to ensure product health.
• Establish organizational best practices and templates to enhance program delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program or project management within a technology or engineering organization.
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP) is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and proficiency in Gantt charting (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Strong communication skills for direct engagement with customers, partners, and senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree or equivalent advanced experience.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI tools.
