Salary: 60,000–80,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, porters, techs) on the safe use of transfer equipment.
• Provide "at-the-elbow" support during critical product launches, shift changes, and peak hours.
• Translate technical product features into tangible clinical benefits for nursing and care staff.
• Monitor equipment usage on the floor to identify barriers to adoption and encourage new workflows.
• Gather and report site-specific feedback and product bugs to the headquarters to drive product improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER preferred).
• Professional background as an RN, RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, or PSW.
• Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel to the USA.
• Confidence in public speaking and experience teaching peers or leading group demonstrations.
• Ability to learn new hardware/software and perform basic troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator.
