What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for a unified employee and manager experience using agentic workflows.
• Partner with engineering and People Operations to design and deploy intelligent automation on the Databricks platform.
• Serve as the primary product leader for talent acquisition, hiring, and performance management workflows.
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to iterate on product development.
• Report to the VP of Product and evangelize the automated product vision across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise or internal product initiatives.
• Deep background in human resources and people-process functions, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong understanding of agentic automation, LLM orchestration, and AI-driven workflows.
• Proven ability to lead zero-to-one product initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Technical fluency in data platforms and enterprise governance practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and capable of working onsite in the Bay Area.
