Senior Product Manager, Employee Experience (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California or Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $145,000–$199,300 USD annually, plus potential performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for a unified employee and manager experience.
• Design, build, and deploy agentic automation workflows on the Databricks platform with engineering, People Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead product direction for talent acquisition, hiring, and performance management workflows.
• Define and track adoption, efficiency, engagement, and automation accuracy metrics.
• Align engineering, design, and senior leadership around the product roadmap and AI-enabled productivity vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including specialized, technical, enterprise, internal, or zero-to-one initiatives.
• Deep expertise in human resources and people processes, including hiring, talent acquisition, employee experience, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of agentic automation, LLM orchestration, and AI-driven workflows.
• Experience owning a product domain end-to-end and leading through ambiguity across complex stakeholder environments.
• Technical and data fluency, including user-centered design, data-informed development, and enterprise governance such as RBAC and ABAC.

Nice to have

• Experience developing productivity applications or automation layers on data platforms such as Databricks.
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems of record and their APIs and integration surfaces.
