Senior AI Product Manager

Location: New York, NY, USA; in-person work with a collaborative, in-office culture.

Base salary: $220,000–$280,000 per year. Equity: $70,000–$80,000.

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP that automates accounting from data entry through close and serves businesses ranging from $5M ARR companies to publicly traded organizations.

What you will do

• Own Accounting Intelligence and the AI platform end to end, including the agent framework, retrieval, and shared AI services.
• Build an evaluation system with golden sets, regression checks, and source tracing for every number.
• Shape product bets including CFO insights and customer-configured agents.
• Set the roadmap with the pod’s tech lead and own outcomes across retention, activation, and expansion.
• Partner with engineering and design leadership on architecture and technical trade-offs spanning multiple teams.
• Talk to customers weekly and improve the internal processes, tooling, and operating model that support fast delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with ownership of a product area and measurable outcomes.
• Production experience shipping LLM or agentic features to external customers.
• Experience designing AI evaluation systems and determining whether AI is working accurately.
• Ability to work below the UI across data models, pipelines, and model integration.
• Experience in a domain where incorrect answers have a material cost, such as fintech, payments, healthcare, or legal.
• Hands-on builder able to prototype, write specifications, and work closely with engineers.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• Willingness to work in person with an ambitious, fast-moving team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI and daily use of AI coding or assistant tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• Accounting, ERP, or fintech domain experience.
• An MBA and/or experience working with business stakeholders such as Sales or Revenue.
• Technical background in computer science or engineering.
