Location: On-site in Vancouver (5 days per week)

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, including technical configurations and project planning.
- Manage a high-volume funnel of 40-50 accounts per month with a 7-day lead time target.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive partner value, feature activation, and SaaS adoption to ensure long-term retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner journey.
- Coordinate with off-shore teams for data entry and migration tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management within a SaaS or SMB environment.
- Project management mindset with experience managing timelines and complex workflows.
- Professional proficiency in French is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be able to work on-site in Vancouver 5 days per week.

- Experience in the Beauty & Wellness sector.
- Experience with multi-product selling.
- Proficiency with Hubspot CRM.
