TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing the full partner lifecycle from onboarding to long-term growth for a global beauty and wellness platform with an accent on high-volume implementation and relationship retention. Focus on driving SaaS adoption, managing complex project timelines, and ensuring partner success through proactive engagement.

Location: On-site in Vancouver (5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, including technical configurations and project planning.
  • Manage a high-volume funnel of 40-50 accounts per month with a 7-day lead time target.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive partner value, feature activation, and SaaS adoption to ensure long-term retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner journey.
  • Coordinate with off-shore teams for data entry and migration tasks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management within a SaaS or SMB environment.
  • Project management mindset with experience managing timelines and complex workflows.
  • Professional proficiency in French is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence partners.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Vancouver 5 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Beauty & Wellness sector.
  • Experience with multi-product selling.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot CRM.
