What you will do

  • Educate clients on Financial Solutions products to drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Provide professional support via phone, email, and fax to resolve client inquiries.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and assist with profile management and account updates.
  • Investigate and resolve payment, credit, and service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing sales role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Call centre experience.
  • Experience with Unity Lender Centre, Tax Pay, Bill Pay Remittance, or similar legal/financial tech.
  • Experience working with legal professionals or financial institutions.
