What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for self-serve clients regarding platform questions and campaign delivery.
- Resolve technical incidents and application issues within established service level agreements.
- Analyze data to provide insights on product usage and surface opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to retain and grow high-potential customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles for frequently encountered challenges.
- Identify root causes of technical issues and escalate complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US or Canada within PST or MST time zones.
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in a technical business analysis, data analysis, or technical support role.
- Advanced knowledge of digital advertising, IAB certification, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with APIs, web app integration services, and tracking platforms like Google Tag Manager.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS systems such as WordPress, Shopify, or Hubspot.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex databases.
- Experience with internal service desks.
