Salary: $131,000 to $148,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop, advocate, enable, and deploy hirify.global Performance System (MPS) to drive operational excellence.
• Partner with colleagues to set standards and close gaps through Problem Solving Tools.
• Manage Lean transformations and flow acceleration projects.
• Utilize Value Stream adoption of Six Sigma and Lean performance improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate Kaizen events across the Value Stream.
• Implement Lean Principles to create standardized work charts, process maps, and Value Stream Mapping.

Requirements

• Requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical or Electronics Engineering or related engineering field and two (2) years of experience as an industrial engineer or related occupation in manufacturing or quality engineering; or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical or Electronics Engineering or related engineering field and five (5) years of experience as an industrial engineer or related occupation in manufacturing or quality engineering.
• Two (2) years of experience with coordinating Lean transformation and flow acceleration projects.
• Experience with Value Stream adoption of Six Sigma and Lean performance improvement methodologies.
• Experience with DMAIC, Six-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training & coaching.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events across the Value Stream.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and principles, including set-up reduction, standardized work, value stream mapping, Heijunka and A3 thinking.
