What you will do

• Review and process signed quotes accurately and timely in the billing software.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries and disputes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor AR aging reports and execute a structured collections cadence to minimize DSO.
• Prepare and distribute regular AR status reports to management.
• Collaborate on ad hoc projects to automate operational finance workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgium to handle local accounting, VAT, and balance sheet regulations.
• First experience in finance or accounting.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Professional communication skills for handling customer inquiries.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
