What you will do
- Verify data for insurance debit note submissions and generate accurate documentation.
- Distribute debit notes to customers and monitor accounts receivable status.
- Prepare bank reconciliation reports for insurance-related transactions.
- Generate and analyze aging accounts receivable reports.
- Maintain meticulous records to ensure payment accuracy and timely collections.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting.
- At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or relevant financial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data management and analysis.
- Ability to prepare basic financial reports and collection activity summaries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer interaction.
- Must be located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
