What you will do

• Review and process customer student loan accounts.
• Validate and update information within Loan Servicing systems.
• Research prior lender service and payment histories.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and data integrity.
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.

Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen and reside in the US.
• Must reside within 60 miles of Lincoln, NE, Madison, WI, or Brownsville, TX.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable security clearance.
• Must not be delinquent or in default with any federal debt.
• 1-2 years of customer service or general work experience preferred.
