What you will do

• Triage and handle complex assignments to set up claims for success.
• Manage files from initial triage through to the Contents Valuation stage.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external customers via Live Chat and Hotline.
• Ensure all claims handling requirements are met and adhere to defined service levels.
• Work closely with Adjuster Owners and assist management with special projects.
• Support both Commercial and Personal lines claims.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas or Utah (Virtual)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late hours, based on business needs
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge in property and casualty (P&C) claims.
