What you will do
- Partner with the Thailand General Manager to shape and execute strategic priorities, including market expansion and product localization.
- Track product-market fit, local usage patterns, competitor activity, and traveler behavior to inform product, marketing, and partnership decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving partnerships, regulatory programs, and product launches across Product, Technology, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
- Build relationships with regulatory bodies and develop partnerships with banks, merchants, and tourism-sector organizations in Thailand.
- Stay involved in daily operations, resolve local business issues, and identify new business development opportunities.
- Represent the General Manager in selected internal and external settings while operating with significant autonomy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of operating experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment and delivering results independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong business judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and curiosity about Thailand’s fintech and payments landscape.
- Based in Bangkok and fluent in Thai in a business environment.
