Sr. Manager, Global Corporate Development

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid position with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday, at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and execute mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
• Investigate industry trends and growth opportunities, build data-driven perspectives, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.
• Perform valuation analyses and business case modeling for potential acquisitions and investments.
• Manage detailed cross-functional diligence processes, prioritize critical findings, and identify transaction rationales and risks.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership and support integration or separation planning after closing.
• Maintain relationships with business sponsors, investment banks, private equity and venture capital firms, partner companies, and external advisors.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 5 or more years with an advanced degree; preferred qualifications request 9 or more years with a bachelor's degree or 7 or more years with an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial and valuation analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate across teams.
• Experience working in demanding environments with highly motivated professionals.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office Tuesday through Thursday in a hybrid arrangement.
