What you will do

• Collaborate with product development teams to scope and plan test programs for EMC, safety, and commercial compliance.
• Manage compliance programs and advise on product derisk activities throughout the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with test partners to execute programs and obtain necessary reports and certifications.
• Assist sales and field support with customer issues, bid proposals, and conformity assessments.
• Support global account teams with product homologation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in compliance testing.
• Working knowledge of telecom networking standards including Telcordia GR-63, GR-1089, GR-3108, GR-487, and ETSI EN 300 series.
• Familiarity with global EMC standards such as CISPR 32/35, FCC Part 15, and ICES-003.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Design experience in board design and EMC.
• Experience working with external test facilities.
• Familiarity with communication protocols like OTN, Ethernet, SONET, and Fiber Channel.
• Knowledge of ITE product safety standards such as IEC/UL/EN 62368-1.
