Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Drive operational excellence through digitization and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new production systems and workflows.
• Provide interim operational leadership for the production team, ensuring safety, quality, and target adherence.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks.
• Develop project plans and lead cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives.
• Partner with IT and vendors to deploy digital tools for work order management and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in manufacturing or operations, with at least 5 years in electronics assembly.
• Proven experience in process improvement and transformation using structured methodologies.
• Strong project management skills with experience implementing digital systems in production.
• Must be able to work onsite in Port Coquitlam, BC.
• Solid understanding of industrial electrical methods and automation best practices.
