What you will do

• Provide advanced endpoint and device-lifecycle engineering support for IRM and Service Desk teams.
• Manage endpoint enrollment, provisioning, reassignment, and decommissioning.
• Perform escalated service-desk engineering tasks beyond traditional Tier 1 support.
• Oversee asset management and sustainment of modern endpoint solutions.
• Operate under formal change control, audit, and security governance processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• 6+ years of experience performing enterprise engineering functions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with JAMF for macOS environments.
• Proficiency in Entra ID, Active Directory, and conditional access.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certifications in Intune, Autopilot, or other endpoint-related technologies.
