What you will do
- Provide advanced endpoint and device-lifecycle engineering support for IRM and Service Desk teams.
- Manage endpoint enrollment, provisioning, reassignment, and decommissioning.
- Perform escalated service-desk engineering tasks beyond traditional Tier 1 support.
- Oversee asset management and sustainment of modern endpoint solutions.
- Operate under formal change control, audit, and security governance processes.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, Endpoint Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- 6+ years of experience performing enterprise engineering functions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Experience with JAMF for macOS environments.
- Proficiency in Entra ID, Active Directory, and conditional access.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certifications in Intune, Autopilot, or other endpoint-related technologies.
