What you will do
- Coach and mentor technical support analysts while conducting team meetings.
- Monitor incident management systems to ensure timely resolution of high and critical severity cases.
- Oversee IT processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, including access rights management.
- Support remote connectivity, VPN, and AV systems in conference rooms.
- Manage local network hardware, servers, and desktop imaging initiatives.
- Provide priority support to the corporate executive team.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Information Technology and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, and VPN.
- Extensive experience with Google Workspace, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience with Dell and Lenovo equipment.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.
Nice to have
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, HDI, ITIL, PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma.
- Working knowledge of MAC Mini and Macbook Pro.
