What you will do

• Coach and mentor technical support analysts while conducting team meetings.
• Monitor incident management systems to ensure timely resolution of high and critical severity cases.
• Oversee IT processes for employee onboarding and offboarding, including access rights management.
• Support remote connectivity, VPN, and AV systems in conference rooms.
• Manage local network hardware, servers, and desktop imaging initiatives.
• Provide priority support to the corporate executive team.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Information Technology and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10, and VPN.
• Extensive experience with Google Workspace, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience with Dell and Lenovo equipment.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service orientation.

Nice to have

• Certifications in CompTIA A+, HDI, ITIL, PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of MAC Mini and Macbook Pro.
