What you will do

• Design and implement foundational GenAI services including vector search, prompt tuning, and agent orchestration.
• Build standardized APIs and SDKs to enable product teams to deploy and monitor Generative AI workloads.
• Develop infrastructure for autonomous AI agents supporting reasoning, memory persistence, and collaboration.
• Implement RAG at scale with ingestion pipelines, hybrid search, and relevance scoring.
• Integrate observability tools and automated evaluation pipelines to ensure model performance and safety.
• Establish best practices for AI/ML development and mentor junior engineers on platform architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software/ML engineering, with 3+ years in ML engineering at scale.
• Expertise in building production-grade ML/LLM systems on AWS (Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Spark, MLflow/Kubeflow).
• Proven track record with GenAI/LLMs: fine-tuning, RAG, prompt orchestration, and agentic systems.
• Deep knowledge of data-intensive systems, distributed architectures, and cloud-native development.
• Experience building secure, compliant data/AI systems with a focus on automation and policy checks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and compliance standards like HIPAA, CLIA, or FDA.
