What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support roles.
• Execute search, selection, and headhunting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Review CVs and conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Support candidates throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices and build sustainable talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting tech specialists.
• Proven experience working in the LATAM market.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
