Location: Hybrid (Barcelona). Must be based within commuting distance of the hub.

What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of long-tail customers across the UKI market.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers responsible for travel programs.
- Drive account growth by identifying and securing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver business reviews, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Proactively develop long-term solutions for recurring customer challenges.
Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C2) is required.
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive growth and maintain satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Barcelona.
