What you will do

  • Manage 60-80 daily incoming and outgoing patient calls and chats regarding medical bills.
  • Utilize the hirify.global platform to resolve patient inquiries and execute outbound call campaigns.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to handle and resolve escalations.
  • Oversee the payment posting process and follow up on defaulted payments.
  • Collaborate with insurance companies and other third parties for billing resolution.
  • Maintain high satisfaction and collection performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a phone or call center environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Experience with EMR systems such as Athena, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Medik, CareVoyant, or Nextgen.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
