Salary: $19.47 - $21.64 per hour

What you will do
- Manage 60-80 daily incoming and outgoing patient calls and chats regarding medical bills.
- Utilize the platform to resolve patient inquiries and execute outbound call campaigns.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to handle and resolve escalations.
- Oversee the payment posting process and follow up on defaulted payments.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other third parties for billing resolution.
- Maintain high satisfaction and collection performance metrics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a phone or call center environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, insurance, or healthcare.
- Experience with EMR systems such as Athena, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Medik, CareVoyant, or Nextgen.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
