What you will do
- Take ownership of patient issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution with empathy.
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners for optimal patient outcomes.
- Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Identify opportunities to enhance services through process optimization and automation.
- Monitor and escalate recurring issues or patterns to prevent future problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Telehealth, healthcare support, customer service, or other problem-solving roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive outcomes for patients and customers.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac and Google Suite is a must.
- Fantastic at anticipating next steps and taking proactive action.
- Interest in healthcare and wellness.
