What you will do
- Provide support for external customers via phone and email to resolve problems and provide education.
- Handle daily case work while meeting predetermined KPI and QA metrics.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and actions in daily work.
- Identify, document, and escalate repetitive customer issues to leadership.
- Solve escalated cases as required to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Basic technical knowledge of software products.
- Strong customer support and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
