Salary: $115,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Analyze KPIs and financial levers to drive organizational accountability and focus.
• Contribute to business modeling and forecasting, specifically for OpEx and resource allocation.
• Partner with R&D and G&A departments to align financial insights with strategic goals.
• Create detailed financial models to evaluate ROI for new initiatives and capital allocation.
• Support the transition to an EPM system and improve finance infrastructure scalability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for management, investors, and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, VC, or private equity.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills for valuation and quantitative analysis.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Boston, MA.
• US work authorization (E-verify participant).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
