What you will do

• Build, test, and maintain vehicle hardware and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) setups.
• Diagnose and repair hardware failures in compute systems, embedded modules, and sensors.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to execute hardware configuration tests and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage workshop equipment, tools, and inventory to maintain an organized workspace.
• Support prototype assembly, modifications, and system commissioning.
• Document workshop procedures and test results to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work on-site in the workshop.
• Proven experience building complex systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to actively build wiring harnesses and read wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning in the autonomy field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with autonomous vehicle hardware (LiDAR, radar, cameras).
• Experience with system flashing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with change management and version control systems.
