What you will do

• Monitor casino and payment risk alerts in real time.
• Detect fraud and identify suspicious player behavior.
• Analyze transactions, payment methods, and risk signals.
• Resolve risk cases based on internal procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of risk processes and operations.
• Work in rotating shifts from the Warsaw office (06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00) on a 5/2 schedule.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets.
• English: Intermediate level (B1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw for office-based work.
