Treasury Manager/Senior Manager (Finance)

Location: Hybrid - three days per week from the office in Warsaw or Poznań, Poland

What you will do

• Own the group’s banking strategy, rationalize bank structures, and negotiate terms with partners.
• Direct daily cash positioning, manage fund transfers, and optimize intercompany funding.
• Lead short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting using scenario analysis.
• Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of a new Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Define the financial risk strategy focusing on FX and counterparty risk and maintain the governance framework.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, and AML requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury management, ideally in an international environment.
• Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with TMS platforms and implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional banking regulations.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Warsaw or Poznań.

Nice to have

• Professional treasury certification (ACT, CFA, CTP, or equivalent).
