TL;DR

Jr. HR Data Analyst (Human Resources): Accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in Workday, plus researching HR data integrity issues and generating reports for HR leadership with an accent on HR data integrity, Workday HCM troubleshooting, and workforce analytics. Focus on turning HR metrics into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office (Los Angeles, CA)

Salary: $29.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to collect information for employee transactions and ensure accurate, timely data entry into Workday.
  • Manage and optimize data in the Workday HCM system by running queries, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all HR systems.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests from HR leadership.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis, people analytics, HRIS support, or a similar role.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR data entry processes.
  • General knowledge of Human Resources principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
