TL;DR

Business Analyst (Human Capital): Responsible for requirements collection and process documentation to develop the maturity of the corporate PMO with an accent on process optimization and stakeholder interaction. Focus on driving business requirement identification and bridging the gap between business operations and technical teams.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ. Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Drive identification of business requirements and process improvements through stakeholder interaction and data analysis.
  • Develop optimization strategies by performing regular reviews of business processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business operations and technical teams.
  • Support PMO initiatives by maintaining and updating project requirements.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational staff to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an analyst, industrial engineering, or process optimization role.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (project based).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
