What you will do

• Develop and execute the operational strategy to accelerate growth in the Brazilian market.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to facilitate rapid market expansion.
• Partner with commercial teams to support the acquisition and onboarding of strategic carriers and sellers.
• Establish and monitor key business metrics, operational KPIs, and service-level objectives.
• Represent Brazil's market needs and advocate for local priorities within the global leadership team.
• Translate global initiatives into successful local execution and ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, business leadership, or consulting within high-growth tech companies (travel-tech, fintech, logistics, etc.).
• Proven track record of scaling operations in complex and rapidly growing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority across global teams and operate in ambiguity.
• Familiarity with API-based products and technology platforms.
