Chief of Staff (Travel-Tech)

Location: Belo Horizonte, Brazil — onsite; São Paulo, Brazil — hybrid with travel required

What you will do

• Develop and execute the operational strategy to accelerate growth in Brazil.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks affecting market expansion.
• Support the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of strategic carriers and travel sellers.
• Build scalable processes while maintaining service quality and partner satisfaction.
• Establish business metrics, operational KPIs, service-level objectives, reporting, forecasting, and executive reviews.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align Brazil’s priorities with the global strategy.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, business leadership, consulting, marketplace businesses, transportation, travel-tech, fintech, logistics, or other high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience scaling operations in complex and rapidly growing environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact and working with executive stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence global teams without direct authority and operate effectively in ambiguous, from-scratch environments.
• Familiarity with API-based products and experience in travel, mobility, transportation, OTA, marketplace, or distribution businesses.
