What you will do

• Own the end-to-end ML stack, including feature pipelines, model training, and deployment.
• Set technical standards for production ML, including feature engineering hygiene and monitoring.
• Train and maintain batch models for targeting, retention, and personalization.
• Evolve shared infrastructure to improve reliability and reduce time-to-feature for the organization.
• Mentor data scientists on modeling best practices and code quality.
• Partner with product and marketing leadership to identify and execute high-leverage modeling opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and deploying production machine learning systems.
• Expertise in batch ML model development, including classification and propensity modeling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in shared ML libraries or feature stores.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark MLlib, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
