What you will do
- Act as the primary on-site liaison between the owner, general contractor, and design team.
- Monitor daily construction progress, safety conditions, and site activities.
- Participate in and oversee the construction QA/QC program to ensure contract compliance.
- Review and certify contractor pay applications, change orders, and field testing reports.
- Organize and conduct regular job progress status meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Coordinate the resolution of construction issues and requests for information (RFIs).
Requirements
- 5-10 years of field experience in construction-related roles.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, permits, and QA/QC processes.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical reports and construction progress metrics.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in a construction-related discipline or craft apprenticeship.
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification.
