Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Act as the primary on-site liaison between the owner, general contractor, and design team.
  • Monitor daily construction progress, safety conditions, and site activities.
  • Participate in and oversee the construction QA/QC program to ensure contract compliance.
  • Review and certify contractor pay applications, change orders, and field testing reports.
  • Organize and conduct regular job progress status meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of construction issues and requests for information (RFIs).

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of field experience in construction-related roles.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, permits, and QA/QC processes.
  • Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Proficiency in reviewing technical reports and construction progress metrics.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree in a construction-related discipline or craft apprenticeship.
  • OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification.
