What you will do

• Deliver relationship-based support to auto repair shops via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally while documenting interactions.
• Educate customers on effective platform utilization to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide individualized solutions for shop needs.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify and report trends for process improvements.
• Manage workload and maintain performance standards in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Morgan Hill, CA 3 days per week.
• 1-3 years of customer support experience in a high-volume call center.
• Clear, professional, and friendly communication style.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative startup environment.
• Self-directed learner comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry or hospitality.
• Ability to speak Spanish.
• Enthusiasm for working evening or weekend shifts.
