Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, or Seattle. Remote work is not available in New York City. Regular travel of approximately 40% to locations and company events is required. A valid driver's license and passport are required.
Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annual base salary; California range: $121,000–$148,500. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

is developing electrified pickup trucks and rugged SUVs with all-electric and range-extender powertrains.
What you will do
- Lead and support frontline Tier 2 Customer Solutions teams in a hybrid operating environment.
- Set customer experience, quality, ownership, and performance standards across support interactions.
- Coach and develop Customer Solutions Guides, managers, and senior agents.
- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to identify trends, remove friction, and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Partner with Support Operations, Training, Aftersales, Product Quality, Digital Product, Engineering, and other functions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, organizational growth, and change management while representing frontline and customer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Customer Support or Customer Experience experience, including 2–3 years of management experience in a high-growth or complex environment.
- Experience managing managers or senior-level agents handling escalations, complex cases, and high-impact customer issues.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis, cross-functional escalation management, KPIs such as CSAT and quality, and support workflow improvement.
- Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of Tier 2 leaders or senior agents.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience improving ticketing platforms, support tools, and escalation workflows.
