Head of People (Web3): Taking full ownership of the people agenda and shaping how Trezor scales with an accent on strategic HR partnership, organizational design, and leadership development. Focus on building L&D from the ground up and aligning people strategy with business priorities for a leading crypto security company.

Location: Hybrid (Prague). Must be regularly present in the office.

What you will do

• Manage core people domains including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, L&D, and Office Management.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to the CEO and C-level leaders to support organizational design and leadership effectiveness.
• Shape and continuously improve the hiring strategy to align with long-term business and product needs.
• Establish Learning & Development initiatives from the ground up, focusing on manager capability and growth.
• Evolve culture, values, and internal communications to ensure they scale naturally with the company.
• Oversee office management to ensure the workplace supports collaboration and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR leadership role, such as Head of HR.
• Background in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Czech or Slovak.
• Willingness to be regularly present in the office in Prague.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
