TL;DR
Business Development Representative (SaaS): Leading early-stage relationships with prospective customers with an accent on lead management and outbound prospecting. Focus on conducting discovery conversations, building strategic account insights, and driving pipeline growth in collaboration with Account Executives.
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days in-office). Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and execute outbound prospecting initiatives to build the sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers and target accounts.
- Research, prepare, and document detailed account insights and strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive ROI on events and digital marketing activities.
- Partner with a team of Account Executives to achieve collective growth goals.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships internally across teams and partners.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and via phone.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas for a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored work visas.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and Salesloft or equivalent tools.
- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales or marketing.
