Location: Hybrid; must be based in Atlanta, Georgia or Las Vegas, Nevada (USA)

What you will do

  • Achieve ARR growth targets for Executive Accounts (Fortune 1000 fleets with 10,000+ vehicles).
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and execute consultative sales strategies to generate new recurring revenue.
  • Influence C-suite and senior executive decision-makers within large, multi-regional organizations.
  • Drive revenue through both direct and channel sales models, identifying critical partnerships.
  • Represent hirify.global as a thought leader at industry trade shows and conferences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development with a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Based in Atlanta, GA or Las Vegas, NV.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 50% domestically and internationally.
  • Proven success navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesloft.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in the telematics or fleet management industry.
