What you will do
- Develop market perspectives and strategic frameworks to support organic and inorganic growth strategies.
- Perform holistic due diligence on acquisition targets, covering financial, market, product, and operational aspects.
- Liaise between strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Track project performance using data and analytics to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis, for board-level decision making.
- Identify project challenges, analyze root causes, and develop long-term solutions to meet business objectives.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Business.
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or operations, preferably in management consulting or tech.
- Strong skills in financial and operational analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Location: Based in El Segundo, CA
Nice to have
- Previous experience in digital marketing, legal/health tech, or corporate development.
- Advanced Excel knowledge for complex data analysis.
- Advanced presentation skills for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.
