What you will do

• Develop market perspectives and strategic frameworks to support organic and inorganic growth strategies.
• Perform holistic due diligence on acquisition targets, covering financial, market, product, and operational aspects.
• Liaise between strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Track project performance using data and analytics to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel analysis, for board-level decision making.
• Identify project challenges, analyze root causes, and develop long-term solutions to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Business.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, or operations, preferably in management consulting or tech.
• Strong skills in financial and operational analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Location: Based in El Segundo, CA

• Previous experience in digital marketing, legal/health tech, or corporate development.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for complex data analysis.
