What you will do

• Report and govern key metrics related to AUS reporting.
• Prepare and review global financial reporting materials for AWM Controllers Leadership.
• Lead strategic changes by collaborating with senior leadership and Technology teams.
• Manage data reconciliation, governance, system testing, and data visualization.
• Implement strategic initiatives, including requirements gathering and project plan maintenance.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting or a related role.
• Proven experience identifying internal control issues and recommending risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP for producing and reviewing consolidated financials.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data validation), MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience reviewing general ledger and journal entries to analyze P&L and balance sheet fluctuations.
