What you will do

• Provide insightful summaries and visualizations for performance, trending, and benchmarking analysis to meet business needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts in generating visualizations, analysis, and insights.
• Collaborate with agile engineering teams to design flexible and automated solutions to improve analytic capability.
• Perform advanced analysis of web traffic, email, and app engagement data, including A/B testing and retention measurement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing, business, and data analysis best practices.
• Deliver presentations of complex analytical findings to senior leadership and C-level executives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a hands-on analytical role focusing on business problems.
• Proven experience managing other analysts.
• Highly proficient in SQL (4+ years) and Tableau (3+ years).
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and advanced Excel skills.
• Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California
