What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, and control testing.
• Partner with process owners to design efficient, scalable financial and IT general controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to manage walkthroughs, testing, and issue resolution.
• Lead remediation efforts for control deficiencies and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal control frameworks for sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Collaborate on special projects including M&A integration and GRC tool implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in internal controls, SOX, or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the COSO framework and IT general controls.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Bridgewater, NJ.
• Experience with sustainability or ESG reporting is preferred but not required.
• CPA or IFRS knowledge is considered a plus.
