What you will do

• Manage and motivate Rep and Direct sales organizations to achieve growth and market penetration goals.
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term growth plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Oversee key accounts, distribution, and value-added integrator programs for the assigned area.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts and manage the regional budget.
• Prospect and develop targets within strategic industrial markets.
• Solve complex heat transfer applications and create cost-effective technical proposals for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in related markets and territories.
• Must reside within the assigned geographic area (Pittsburgh region).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate concepts to customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel as required.
