What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end software architecture for complex digital systems, balancing technical depth with business outcomes.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable architectural roadmaps and technical assessments.
• Lead technology selection and develop proof-of-concepts for critical software platforms and innovation initiatives.
• Govern technical quality across delivery squads, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams during planning and solution definition phases.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, promoting architectural best practices and technical growth.

Requirements

• Experience in software architecture and technical leadership, including system design and solution definition.
• Strong technical breadth across backend, frontend, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, CI/CD, IaC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to architecture governance.

Nice to have

• Experience working in consultancy or client-facing environments.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), TOGAF, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with platform thinking and design systems.
• Experience contributing to technical communities, guilds, or engineering forums.
