Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX and available to work in person from the office as business needs require.

Salary: $100,000 – $155,000 per year + 12% discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with senior executives to shape strategic messaging and executive voice across internal and external channels.
• Develop keynote speeches, company-wide updates, leadership messaging, and thought leadership content.
• Collaborate with People and Marketing teams to strengthen company culture and organizational alignment.
• Manage external PR agencies to coordinate media opportunities and external storytelling efforts.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on audience strategy, tone, and positioning.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to optimize communication workflows and content development.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX with the ability to work in person with the CEO and leadership team.
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, PR, or journalism.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience using AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth technology organizations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in strategic communications or corporate affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field.
• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
• Proven track record of writing keynote speeches and high-level executive presentations.
