Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in-office work required 4 days per week. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 annually. Bonus eligible; not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with global customer leadership to translate operational metrics into financial strategies.
• Build business intelligence and predictive models for self-service automation and customer-support economics.
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.
• Execute monthly close activities and conduct detailed variance analysis.
• Track spending accurately across global services.
• Use generative AI tools to analyze data and automate routine workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with generative AI tools for workflow automation and data analysis.
• Strong attention to data integrity and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gemini or Claude.
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS, HaaS, or enterprise technology environment.
• Familiarity with customer experience metrics and unit economics.
• Experience with Domo, Adaptive Planning, or other enterprise BI and EPM tools.
